At Turnkey, we are committed to being agents for change, whether that is through our Climate Action Plan, championing diversity in our workplaces, or participating in not-for-profit events.
Turnkey recognises the social and economic importance of protecting the environment. Turnkey’s commitment to this must encompass all business activities, and it should be prepared to lead by example in promoting considered and effective actions to protect the climate and environment.
To achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2030 in all areas of business activities, from procurement to provision of services.
To achieve good environmental standards in all activities including the reduction, re-use, recycling, and disposal of waste.
To communicate this Environmental Policy and the Climate Action Plan updates to all interested parties, including customers, suppliers and employees, encouraging their active involvement in environmental issues.
To make economic use of energy, water and transport to minimise waste in all aspects of business functions.

Across every business area in Turnkey, we are continually implementing new methods of protecting our environment.
By cutting down on the physical resources we use, we are lowering the emissions used in the shipping process.
By swapping out in person training and seminars for the virtual alternatives, we lower our emissions usage and cut out wasted resources.
We have a list of voluntary in-office changes which aims to reduce our negative environmental impact, including conserving water usage within offices.
We have implemented recycling facilities in all of our offices across the world, ensuring we maximise the reusability of our waste.
We offset 88 tonnes of carbon dioxide by supporting numerous climate projects around the world. Click here to see our CO2 offsetting certificate.
At Turnkey, equal opportunity is a priority. Through our Turnkey Women in Tech team, the publications of our female experts and our soft skills sessions, we are creating a space where women within Turnkey can thrive.
The dedicated WiT team ensure that all members of staff, regardless of gender, feel empowered and encouraged to develop a long-term, fulfilling career with Turnkey.
To actively encourage women to contribute to the content published by Turnkey, we create monthly “think tank” articles. This is a collaborative effort of the WiT committee, and aims to promote the work of women within the company.
Turnkey runs regular Development Sessions, providing mentorship in skills considered important to a successful career in consulting like presenting to clients, project proposals, managing teams and public speaking.
