Turnkey will be offering insight into compliance and data privacy legislation at this years SAP Insider’s Las Vegas event.
Turnkey Consulting has been selected to trial the new Impact 20 presentation format at SAP Insider’s US Governance Risk and Compliance Conference, which is being held in Las Vegas from 12-15 February 2018. The risk management consultancy has contributed to these events for more than 10 years.
GRC2018 is for organisations with an interest in GRC technology; many already use SAP products to manage risk and compliance, strengthen cybersecurity, detect and prevent fraud and optimise controls. The Impact 20 sessions are short presentations designed to provide conference visitors with a highly focussed overview aimed at generating further interest.
Turnkey director Simon Persin will show SAP users how to ensure compliance with data privacy legislation. ‘Impact 20: Expert strategies to protect your company from data privacy breaches’ is being held on Monday 12 February between 11:45am and 12:05pm (PST).
Other Turnkey presentations at GRC2018 include:
The moon on a stick? Learn what is expected from a security/GRC team in 2018
Simon Persin, Wednesday 14 February: 10:15am - 11:15am (PST)
This will explore the changing role of the security professional as organisations face an increase in compliance requirements, cyber threats, risk management, responsibilities, and digital transformation.
SAP Process Control: Simple solutions to maximize the benefits of your implementation
Marc Jackson, Thursday 15 February: 8:30am - 9:30am (PST)
This will provide SAP users with practical insight into straightforward changes that can make a significant difference to an organisation’s return on its IT investment in SAP Process Controls.
Turnkey will also participate in an ‘Ask the Experts’ session from 5-5:45pm (PST) on Monday 12 February, in which attendees have the opportunity to spend one-to-one time with the industry’s top technology professionals in order to answer their specific questions.
“SAP Insider’s GRC conferences offer unbiased views of the technology from the people that use it on a daily basis. Customers have the unrivalled opportunity to learn what works well and how to overcome common challenges. This is particularly pertinent this year as we head rapidly towards the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation on 25 May,” Persin explains.
“At the same time, SAP provides the latest product road map information. Speculation this year is that the focus will be on the new version of its GRC Suite, GRC 12.0; in support of the anticipated launch, Turnkey has provided initial impressions of its user testing in a blog post.”
Turnkey Consulting will follow GRC2018 with a roundup webinar on Tuesday 20 February for those taht are unable to attend the event or would like a recap. Details to follow in the events section of the website.
